Data deletion

To ask us to delete the data we hold about you — bookings, ticket records, enquiry emails, or messages you've sent to our Instagram or Facebook accounts:

1. Email hello@helch.uk with the subject “Data deletion request”.
2. Tell us the email address, phone number or social account name you used with us, so we can find your records.
3. We'll confirm and delete your data within 30 days, except records we're legally required to keep (such as accounting records for completed payments), and we'll tell you if any fall into that category.
