Privacy Notice
What happens to your details when you send a booth enquiry.
This covers the enquiry form on the Growroom page. It does not cover bookings made through a third-party booking site — those have their own notice.
What we collect

| Consent record | The wording you were shown, the time you sent it, and the internet address it came from. This exists so we can show what you actually agreed to. |
Why we are allowed to hold it
- To answer your enquiry — you asked us a question; we need your details to answer it.
- To email you about events — only if you ticked the box. Leaving it unticked changes nothing about your enquiry.
The two are separate, and stored separately. Sending an enquiry is not consent to marketing, and we do not treat it as if it were.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are deleted automatically 24 months after you send them. That is not a policy someone has to remember — the deletion date is written against your record when it is created, and a nightly job acts on it.
If you opted in to emails, we keep your contact details until you unsubscribe. When you do, we keep a record that you once consented and later withdrew, because that is the evidence we would need if it were questioned. Nothing else about you is kept.
Who sees it
The team running Growroom, and the suppliers that run our systems for us — our website and database host, and our email provider. We do not sell your details and we do not pass them to anyone else.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your marketing consent at any time. Email hello@helch.uk and we will respond within one month.
When we delete you, your name, email, phone and message are erased and a dated record that the erasure happened is kept in their place — so the deletion itself can be evidenced. That record contains nothing that identifies you.
If you think we have handled your data badly you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk, though we would rather you told us first so we can put it right.
