Everything you need to know about the Helch inbox, from setup to security. Still curious? Drop us a message and we'll get right back to you.

A normal inbox shows one account's messages in the order they arrived. Helch combines every mailbox the market runs into one list, searches across all of them at once, and has a Priority view that ranks what needs attention first: unread, waiting for a reply, a follow-up that is due, money, a hot word in the subject, a call to return. Each message says why it is there.
Press ✨ on a message and Helch drafts a reply that sounds like you. It is shown real replies you have actually sent, from any of your inboxes, picked first from what you wrote to that same person and then for a similar subject, and matches your voice: length, greeting, sign-off, how casual you are. You see a ready-to-send draft you can edit, send, or ignore. Nothing is sent until you press send.
Yes. A reply sent from Helch goes out through the connected account's own mail server, so the other person receives an ordinary email from that address and the conversation carries on in Gmail, Zoho or wherever the account lives. Nothing about the account changes; Helch is another window onto it.
By rules you can see, not a black box. A message scores for being unread, flagged as needing a reply, having a follow-up due, being about money, carrying a hot word in its subject (invoice, booking, complaint, licence, lease and so on), being a call to return, and being new. Senders you have muted, and mail the AI has marked as ignorable, never make the list. The morning briefing at 07:30 reads the last 24 hours across every box and today's events and writes the top of the pile and the action items for the day.
Yes. Mail moves over encrypted connections and is held in Helch's own database on Cloudflare, encrypted at rest. Helch does not sell or share your information. AI models only process the text needed to draft a reply, answer a search or write the briefing, under terms that do not allow it to be used for training. You can disconnect an account at any time, and ask for anything we hold to be deleted on our data deletion page.
Through Google's own sign-in. Helch asks for the one permission a mail client needs to read and send on your behalf, and nothing for Contacts or Calendar. You can revoke it at any time from your Google Account permissions. Exactly what is accessed and why is on How Helch works with Google.
